▶️ Runs & Modes
What’s the difference between Normal Run and Pro Run?
- Normal Run is mainly for testing. It requires the app to stay open and the phone unlocked. Some phones may pause or close the app due to battery-saving features.
- Pro Run works in the background with the phone locked, saving battery and giving the best experience. Pro Runs require Tokens or a subscription.
How do I earn or get Tokens?
Tokens can be:
- Earned by watching a rewarded ad.
- Purchased directly in bundles.
- Unlocked through a subscription (which removes ads and makes all runs Pro Runs).
How do I stop a run?
Cadence Trainer uses a slide-to-stop control to avoid accidental stops.
Slide the power icon on the left all the way to the stop icon on the right.
After stopping, the app will show your average cadence and target cadence.

▶️ Permissions & Privacy
Why does the app ask for step counter permission?
This is required to measure and display your actual cadence during a run.
Without it, the app will still function, but it won’t be able to track your steps per minute.

▶️ Troubleshooting
The app stops when my screen turns off. What can I do?
This usually happens in Normal Run mode, where the app must stay open.
To avoid interruptions, we recommend using Pro Runs, which work in the background with the screen off.
